A couple Star Wars related video game tidbits have come out of this year’s Penny Arcade Expo (PAX). In regards to Star Wars: The Old Republic, BioWare announced that Coruscant will be a playable planet. Check out the video below via DarthHater.com:

Season Two of The Clone Wars is almost here! The Rise of the Bounty Hunters begins on Cartoon Network, starting at 8pm (ET/PT) on Friday, October 2nd.

Apparently when not hopping around the galaxy next to a smuggler with a heart of gold, Chewbacca likes to take in a nice rock concert. Showing up at San Francisco’s Outside Lands Festival, our favorite Wookiee was treated to some big-time bands like Pearl Jam, Dave Mathews Band, Ween, Mastadon, Tenacious D and more. Starwars.com has updated the online companion for Star Wars: The Essential Atlaswith a rather detailed planet appendix supplement.

Co-author Daniel Wallace talks mapping the galaxy in a 4 page feature at the main site titled, “The Secret History and Continuing Adventures of Star Wars: The Essential Atlas.”
